Zero Force Disconnect
When you need to maintain a highly critical connection in a high shock and vibration environment, then disconnect without applying force to the separating device, spring contacts are the ideal solution.

Bayonet Style Connector
- Wiping in bayonet style connector make a clean contact each cycle
- Connector design includes both mating halves
- Support pins for additional interconnects are also available
Wide Tolerance Absorption & Blind Mate
Some applications require interconnects to account for a large tolerance stack-ups. IDI designs probes with large compression to length ratios. Probes contact large gold pads which absorb tolerances in both the X & Y direction, allowing the customer to blind-mate the connector halves. Additional consideration was taken in choosing materials that allow our probes to withstand high current in a corrosive environment.
