IDI is one of the few test socket manufacturers that designs probes and is the originator of the industry standard three-piece probe design. IDI also was the first manufacturer to develop a probe and test socket for 4-wire Kelvin test on 0.5mm pitch. Our spring-loaded contact pin design combines rigidity and conductivity to form a reliable electrical path with excellent force distribution and compliance.
